A few changes

You may have noticed a few changes. I hope you like it as much as we do. A few things to note, the tips will no longer be listed on the front page and therefore clicking tips on the main menu above will bring up the tips available. Hopefully everything else works as it used to, if not please let me know. See you in a weeks time.
